Jumpstart Your Week with the Word is a site dedicated to providing a place for my brothers and sisters in Christ to come and get manna from heaven, strength, wisdom, knowledge, understanding and encouragement to supplement and augment their spirituality. This is done through the scriptures realizing that knowing the Word is knowing God and knowing God is knowing Jesus.In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. (John 1:1-3).  There is power in the scriptures (Isaiah 55:11) (Hebrews 4:12) and getting the Word in your heart gives you strength, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, encouragement, power, prosperity, and success (see Psalm 1 and Joshua 1:8 for starters).
